Timeless Event Planning offers full planning and design services. We believe that to ensure your event runs perfectly, it’s important to have a planner guiding you throughout the process so that nothing slips through the cracks. We love working on all the details with our clients and being there every step of the way. Planning a wedding on a little island comes with its challenges, but we promise to make the process seamless.

It is all hands on deck for us to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your entire day. We will take care of the decor and keep everyone on schedule, and in the right location, while you soak in every second of your special day!
Step 5: The Wedding Day
Once you have made all your decisions, we will take care of the timelines, seating charts, meal counts, and communication between all of your vendors and wedding party. We will make sure everyone knows where they need to be while you enjoy the final days of your unmarried life.

We have a large list of vendor recommendations to ensure you are provided an exceptional experience with each of the services you desire. We will specifically assist in picking a photographer who not only fits your vision but will also capture all the gorgeous colors you choose to incorporate into your special day.
